All payments are processed online using Paypal and Braintree payment processing solutions. Acceptable methods of payment includes (but may not be limited to) paypal, American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa, Check, Money Order and Cash. Returns and refunds are subject to approval and can take up to 7 business days to complete.
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. An update will be sent to the email address you provide. If your order is delayed for any reason we will contact you by email, phone, or through customer messaging on the website. Please check your spam folder if you have not received updates as expected. Once your order leaves our facility it will be delivered by USPS or FedEx.

- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING First Class Mail can take 2-6 weeks for delivery

PLEASE keep in mind that these delivery times are expected but not guaranteed. Orders processed and shipped during high volume times (especially around the Christmas/Holiday season) will take longer to arrive at their destination. We will always ship promptly, but we cannot be responsible for delays. Be sure to order early and call if you need something in a timely manner so that we can offer the best shipping option to you.
All images uploaded into our custom design tool (including logos and images) are the responsibility of the user. By uploading the image you are accepting the responsibility and agree that you have access and approval to use the images you are including in your design.
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
